ZEME Eco Fuels and Alloys Ltd has established a state-of-the-art facility for recycled aluminium processing, producing aluminium alloys in the form of ingots. Zeme uses energy-efficient induction furnaces, which allow it to address niche clients and market segments. The Company’s eco-friendly production facility, the first of its kind in Cyprus, is located in the Ypsonas Industrial Area in Limassol, Cyprus.


 ZEME is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support our team’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact within the office, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a productive work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                        

The specific duties as Administrator will include:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Managing agendas and meetings, travel plans, appointments, and correspondence for management.
  • Handling phone calls, inquiries and correspondence, ensuring a high level of communication and customer service.
  • Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, creating and updating records, databases, and inventories.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary, maintaining a clean and organised office environment.



Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.


  • Basic gross salary €12,000-€16,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
  • 21 days annual leave, plus the usual bank/public holidays in the Republic of Cyprus.
